A: You can book a waste collection through our apps by simply downloading our app from Google Play store or via web (https://trashpanda.web.app/).
Q: How much is your charge?
A: Our collection fee starts at 150 pesos. Addition charge will be added as your weight of recyclables for disposal increases. We base our charge through weight and not location.
Q: Can I donate my recyclables to your organization?
A: No, we do not accept any waste/trash donations. We are a paid service provider. We are a for-profit business.
Q: Do you have any drop-off point?
A: No, we do not have drop-off point. We collect your recyclable for recovery from your doorsteps and household unit.
Q: I am willing to drive to drop them off?

Q: How does your cashback system work?
A: We give back what clean and sorted recyclables you disposed. Recycling facilities buys these items to be reprocess again into new consumer products. Price of recyclables varies time-over-time.
Q: How can I claim my cashback?
A: Please notify us if you can claim your cashback. Before we do the transaction, we need the following info from you: what is your preferred option of cash out, option 1: through G-Cash cash out, or option 2: Bank deposit
Q: Why do not I see open slots for booking?
A: There are no new collection available, or the available slot has been taken by other customers. We case there are no more slots available, I suggest you wait our update every Sunday or Monday.
Q: Do you have minimum weight requirements?
A: We do not have any minimum weight requirements.
Q: What type of wastes do you accept?
A: We collect the following recoverable waste: (1) Paper-based items, (2) Plastics, (3) Metals, and (4) UBC ‘aka: beverage boxes’.
Q: Do you collect electronic waste or appliances?
A: At the moment, we do not collect any e-waste and appliance. Though we plan to claim these recoverable in the future
Q: Do you accept glass bottles?
A: At the moment, we do not collect any glass items. Though we plan to claim these recoverable in the future
Q: Do you accept Eco bricks?
A1: We will accept Eco bricks only if the contents are Type 7 (Multi-layered plastic or MLP) per bottle or Type 4 (LDPE plastics) per bottle. We do not accept Eco bricks with LDPE and MLP contents, dirty or contaminated by oil or semi-viscous content.
A2: We accept eco-bricks but with conditions. We highly discourage eco bricking because once recyclers acquire this item, they are very hard to process. If your eco-brick contains a mixture of type 7 (sachets) and type 4 (LDPE) plastics plus the plastics are unclean, then you make the work of processing this plastic more difficult.
